Studio Policies

 

Hours:

Mon - Fri 10AM - 8PM

Sat/Sun 10AM - 4PM

Closed all major holidays (see online calendar for additional closings/class cancellations)

 

Attire:

Please wear proper attire when visiting our studio.

 

• Aerial Silks and Lyra - leggings or tights, a comfortable top that is not too loose, and a sports bra. No see through material is permitted.

 

• Pole Dance Fitness - shorts (you will need your skin to safely perform pole moves) and a comfortable top and sports bra. Pole heels may be worn after your 4th pole class. Please make sure these heels are "studio only" heels and not worn on the street.

 

• General Classes - (Bikini Boot Camp, Yoga, etc.) athletic wear that you can move comfortably in. No shoes for any of these classes.

 

• No undergarments are allowed to be worn as workout attire.

 

• No rings or other jewelry may be worn while taking class.

 

Please be dressed and ready to start your session at the scheduled time. We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class to avoid late cancellation charges.

 

Late Policy:

Please do not be late! If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to class, we reserve the right to give your spot to another student on the waiting list. You will not be able to attend the class and no refunds will be issued.

 

Waitlist Policy:

When classes are full, you can sign up to be on the wait list. You will be notified by phone if a spot opens up. If you are added to the class you will be held to the same cancellation policy as any other class you signed up for. Please make sure we have valid phone/email information to easily contact you. If you sign up to be on the wait list, please expect, and be ready, to come to the studio. If you are unsure if you will be able to make the class, please remove yourself from the wait list to avoid cancellation charges.

 

Cancellation Policy:

At Polecats Aerial Fitness, we have a same day cancellation policy. 24 hours notice is required to avoid cancellation charges. Refunds/Credits will not be issued for late cancels.  ***Monthly members will be charged $5.00 for every late cancel/no show. Fees will be charged to your next billing cycle if not paid during your next class.

 

Workshops:

If you purchase a workshop and can not attend, you may transfer your workshop to someone else. Workshops are non-refundable. 

 

Private Lessons:

24 hours notice is required to avoid losing your payment for private lessons. There are no refunds on late cancellations.

 

Private Parties:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to book a private party. Cancellations require 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice to cancel will be charged the remainder of the party rate.
