Pole Dance Fitness

Pole Dance Fitness Intro is a one time "try-it" class for those that have never done Pole Dance Fitness before. Perfect for students that want to check out a new and fun way of getting healthy and fit!

 

Pole Dance Fitness Beginner/Intermed.  Beginner class will cover basic spins and holds and work up to climbing and sits. Students must have taken the Intro class or have previous Pole experience.

 

Pole Dance Fitness Tricks and Spins teaches you fun poses, spins, tricks, and transitions to help improve your pole ability. Your instructor will teach you form, technique, and safety for pole positions on and off the floor.

 

Aerial Silks

Aerial Silks Intro/Beginner mix is a class for aerial student either just starting or still new to aerial silks. Aerial basics like climbs, hand & foot keys, and safety points are practiced.

 

Aerial Silks Technique & Conditioning allows students to continue their studies and learn even more advanced silks arts. Students will go through a total body workout using proper form to improve their aerial abilities. Must have taken Aerial Silks Intro/Beginner to participate. 

 

 

 

Aerial Hammock Yoga

Aerial Hammock Yoga is a new and exciting yoga class that allows increased range of motion into yoga poses without any increased impact or pressure to joints. Using aerial silks fabric you will flow through yoga poses increasing strength, flexibility, and core stability.

Bikini Boot Camp

Bikini Boot Camp is a resistance and cardio class for all fitness and experience levels. If your goal is to look great in your bikini or just to become the best version of yourself, this class is for you! Get ready to burn some calories and develop long, lean, toned muscles in our 45 minute class. 

 

Aerial Suspension Training

Aerial Suspension Training is a resistance and strength class that helps you to develop a toned and lean body with strength to match!

 

Aerial Conditioning

Aerial Conditioning is a class for the intermediate/advanced/performance student. Uses everything at its disposal (pole, silks, lyra, kettle bells, hammocks, etc.) Push your body to the limit and support your journey as an aerialist.

Aerial Hoop/Lyra

Aerial Hoop Intro/Beginner The aerial hoop (also known as the lyra, aerial ring or cerceau) is a circular metal hoop that is suspended in the air. During your class at Polecats you will learn safety, hand and foot placement. Aerial holds, and movement together in a total body resistance and core workout. This is an Intro/ 1st time class and modifications can be made to regress or progress elements of the workout. This program is open to current aerial students that have completed beginner work in either Pole Dance Fitness or Aerial Silks.

 

Aerial Hoop Technique & Conditioning  will help you to build your strength and endurance and grow your lyra skills. Your instructor will help you perfect your transitions, tricks, inverts, poses, and more with this amazing conditioning workout. You will improve total body strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall lyra ability. This class is open to students of all levels.

 

Aerial Hoop /Lyra Intermediate/Advanced is open to Polecats students that have already mastered Lyra Intro/Beginner class. This class will continue your strength, conditioning, core activation, and ability to move through transitions. 

Beginner Ballet

Beginner Ballet is an introductory level class open to everyone. This class will take you through techniques, drills, posture, movement, and lines needed to begin ballet. This is a perfect complement to other classes offered at Polecats.
